Doug brings 25+ years of operational excellence and people development to the table.
Doug’s experience includes the founding of three companies, Life Unfinished Ministries, Griffin Real Estate Group and Griffin Coaching Group. Doug also served five years as Board President for the Boilermaker Regional Training Center (Purdue Wrestling). With a strong focus on business development, organizational structure and process management, Doug will continue to pioneer and develop fractional integration methods and standards.
